Paige Grove, LMFT
Starting therapy can be hard-I get it. Taking that first step takes courage, and I want to honor that. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, ADHD, or big life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental presence. Therapy should feel like a mix of growth and comfort-helpful, but also something you don’t dread showing up for. I strive to make each session a place where you feel supported and accepted, and yes, we’ll probably share a laugh or two along the way.
I am person-centered and eclectic, meaning I tailor therapy to what works best for you. I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and anxiety treatment, and I also take a systemic view. Together, we’ll work on understanding your feelings, staying mindful, building self-awareness, and developing tools for emotional regulation and handling distress.
